Christian Boltz	8b1ab537fc	upgrade.php: - creation of vacation_notification table moved to upgrade_318_mysql because the query in upgrade_81_mysql was broken (key length vs. utf8 charset) - added upgrade_318_mysql which finally creates a working vacation_notification table NOTE: Users who used workarounds to create this table before might need to drop it manually before upgrade works.
