Pcbnew: fix crash when loading a FP from older Kicad version in some cases:
if a "old" footprint (from version 7 and older) use a non kicad font in ref
or value field, a use after free pointer created a crash. The use after free
is fixed, but the initial font is lost, so this commit needs refinements.

Search pane: add zoom to fit option in a settings menu button
Includes zoom to selection, and pan to selection (which
centres the result but doesn't change the zoom).
I'm not sure this is the perfect solution to search pane
settings, but it's near to the action, but not taking up
too much space, doesn't need to open a modal to mess
with it, and has room for more options in future.
I haven't made toggling these options into full-blown
TOOL_ACTIONs, but they could be if a hotkey to toggle
these is desirable - it's an ACTION_MENU, so it should
just slot in..

Pcbnew: get footprint by name dialog: focus the item in the dropdown on typing
It's not a complete UI for this dialog (especially as the comments
around m_multipleHint->Show( false ) indicate the intent was to
have a multi-selection ability here, but at least there's a way to
confirm what you're about to pick up.

Sym/Fp diff panels: add a quick switch hotkey
Then you can just toggle back and forth with '/'.
One day, these frames should use a tool manager for this
kind of thing (also for the ruler tool, but lots of other
things on top), but for now just bind a char hook.

FP editor: add call-to-action to open a board footprint in the library
Useful both as a confusion reduction measure when confronted with the
inforbar message, and also useful when you pressed Ctrl+E, not
Ctrl+Shift+E.
Also bind Ctrl+Shift+E in the editor to perform this action
(again, useful when you used the wrong hotkey).

Pcbnew dimension: remove misleading m_isDiamter in RADIAL
Presumably the intention was that the RADIAL dimension could
also be a diameter type of dimension. However, as the recent
inward/outward work showed, this is actually rather fraught,
as a diameter type needs a different prefix (so now you can't
always tell when it's user-set or not) and there are different
numbers of control points.
Possibly, a real "Diameter" type should be a new class - either
a subclass of this one or another one entirely.
In the meantime, remove the m_isDiameter member, as it's never
set to anything other than 'false' and inaccessible.

Pcbnew: allow to set line geometry by midpoint and one end
This is especially handy when drawing symmetrical footprints
where you know the endpoint of the line, and you know it's
centred on the x/y axis.

ReparentModal: fix case when parent is not available
In some situations then parent window couldn't be available. Eg, when
eeschema is executed as standalone on macOS and trying to show
the global design block table dialog before the main frame exists.
So replace the assert with return and check the windows pointers bellow.

Fix scroll events in things not using WX_VIEW_CONTROLS
Make sure not to handle wheel events with 0 or 1 modifiers -
those are for the view handler, not the tool framework. We
can't rely on WX_VIEW_CONTROLS to run first, it's not always
used, for example in the 3D Viewer.
