Jon Parise	b2579d3480	Revert the previous commit (revision 1.40). @bindir@ ended up becoming '${exec_prefix}' (literally) on my system (FreeBSD 4.5), thus producing a broken shebang line. @prefix@ works fine for me here. If @bindir@ is indeed preferred, the substitution problem noted above needs to be resolved before the change is reapplied.	24 years ago

Add is_url field to wrapper structure; the stream wrapper openers will disallow opening is is_url && !PG(allow_url_fopen). Add infrastructure for stat($url) and opendir($url). Tidy up/centralize code that locates and instantiates wrappers for the various operations. Implement opendir for plain files. Make the PHP opendir and dir functions use the streams implementations. Add modelines for syntax highlighting the pear scripts in vim	24 years ago
