Adding a new command into CMakeLists.txt:

SET(CMAKE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES_PROJECT_BEFORE ON)
to find header files from the bundled libraries
(jemalloc, yassl, readline, pcre, etc)
before the ones installed in the system.
