CHANGES: Symbol library file format has been converted to s-expressions.
Add support code for picking apart symbols at some future junction that
will allow full inheritance conversion of existing symbol libraries. For
now, symbols arranged by unit and body style numbers are nested for round
robin testing of symbol libraries once the parser is complete.
It served us (mostly) well for more than a decade. It helped KiCad grow
before the std:: came into decent shape or speed. It was a good little
list.
RIP DLIST 2008-2020
In the component, an m_unit/m_convert element is 1-indexed as opposed to
the library where they are 0-indexed. The 0-index in the library is
reserved for those elements that are shared across all conversion/unit
whereas it is invalid for the component.

1) Edit Symbol gets similar fix as Place Symbol
2) progress dialog updating reduced to once every 50ms

5) default fieldNames get translated a single time per language change
These fixes reduce first-load-time of both Edit Symbol and Place Symbol
by about 2/3, and second-load-time of Edit Symbol to near-instantaneous.
This is the last of the object save/load code that was not moved into
the SCH_LEGACY_PLUGIN object. All schematic and library I/O is now
performed in the SCH_LEGACY_PLUGIN object and as been removed from the
schematic and library objects.
The old single symbol file format has been replaced with the normal
symbol library file format since there was no difference between them
except the SYMBOL token. The SYMBOL token was no longer being read
since the introduction of the SCH_LEGACY_PLUGIN symbol library loader.
Update the Doxygen comments in all of the modified files.
Instead of keeping all items in a boost::ptr_vector(), LIB_ITEMs are now
stored in an integer (KICAD_T) to LIB_ITEMS map.
The map allows to quickly access a subset of items of given type.
As the items are stored per type, there is no need to call
LIB_ITEMS::sort() to assure the correct drawing order. As a result,
libraries load faster.
To retain the old interface, there is a LIB_ITEMS_LIST wrapper for
the map, allowing the developers to access the items as if it was a flat
list-like structure.
eeschema now supports arbitrary colors for all object types, and
pcbnew does in GAL canvas. When switching from GAL to legacy canvas,
pcbnew will convert colors to the nearest legacy color.
Move items rework: enhancements: for some items (sheets, components, bus entries) the mouse cursor is no more wrapped to the anchor. For large symbols, this is better: they are more easy to place.
There is also a change when starting a move item command: the full screen is redraw, and therefore there is no artifact due to the XOR draw mode.
Some other minor coverity fixes (uninitialized members).

Pcbnew: Code cleaning and bug fix in autoplace functions
Dialog exchange footprints has now a separate button to update the .cmp file, only on request.
Fix an annoying issue about not named nets:
now, these nets are named from the component references and pin names which are connected.
therefore, unless the net or the footprint references are modified, the net name is not modified between 2 netlist calculations.
