Change design block file ext to kicad_block[s]
Fully include design blocks in project archives
schematic design blocks are a .kicad_blocks folder (library), containing
a .kicad_block folder (block), containing a .kicad_sch file (schematic
fragment) and a .json file (metadata). The .kicad_sch file is already
covered in the archived extension list, but the json needs to be
included.
As a side effect, this will pick up any other json file in the project
directory.

To represent KiCad's internal units (1 nm), it's enough to have:
- 6 decimal digits in mm;
- 8 decimal digits in inches.
There's not much point in reducing the precision.
Up to 10 digits allowed just in case.
Also changes precision to 6 decimal digits by default.
- "Fill all vias" option disables the cut in copper layers which is
important to speed up EM simulations.
- "Cut vias in board body" enables cutting even if copper layer export
is disabled, which is useful if you're using vias as mounting holes.

Fixing this required disabling the footprint/3D viewer canvas drawing
before destroying the canvas in the dialog dtor. This in turn required
adding a virtual method to DIALOG_SHIM that can be overridden by the
derived object to allow performing actions during dialog shutdown that
can be problematic when performed in the dialog dtor. Please note that
this only works for quasi-modal dialogs. Modal and modeless dialogs
should use close window events.

The Cairo printing system is already used to print to printer, it can be
now used to print to clipboard and fixes the issue with opacity < 1.
However to use it in clipboard, the advanced config needs to set the new
EnableEeschemaExportClipboardCairo = 1 (for now)
The default is false.
Crash was because a C-style cast was used to attempt to traverse
a virtual object hierarchy. In this instance, I think we do need
to use a dynamic_cast to get the right type out.
