Improve dialog layout and fix UI policy issues with all of the dialog
boxes in the Gerbview and Pcbnew code paths.
Updated the use of component to footprint where appropriate.

* Set focus back to OK button after wxFilePickerCtrl button is pressed to change file path
and/or file name so next return key press fires OK event.
* Use default dialog size to let the sizers set initial dialog size.

File "rules" has instructional text as comments near top.
2) Convert all text files in repo to LF line ending form.
Any checkout done with "rules" in play will convert the working
tree to native line ending, while keeping repo as LF line ending.
* Replaced find dialog with wxFormBuilder version.
* New find dialog is modeless, supports more advanced search features,
remembers it's last position, size, search history, and search settings,
and implements initial support for replacing.
* Added Shift+F5 hot key to search for next DRC marker. F5 now just
repeats previous search.
* Minor cosmetic enhancements to label edit dialog.
* Remove tab from grid size text printf to fix toolbar grid combobox
display in wxGTK.
* Updated my TODO list items.
