CHANGED: Update the Linux appdata file to include new tags
* Include version tags (and others) in the appdata file
* Refactor the version string generation to clean it up
The SEXPR class is a useful general-purpose S-Expression library
class and can (maybe) be used else where. It also should get
test coverage, as even if noone else uses it, it's critical for the
kicad2step exporter.
Also add some test coverage for some kicad2step routines. For now,
they're not useful outside kicad2step, but they are at least a useful
reference for S-Expression parsing.
If you use add_custom_command to generate the grammar file,
it can be removed by "make clean". This then means the user will
need to get it back from Git, or regenerate it with Lemon.
Changing to add_custom_command removes the output file
from the clean list. The incantation to rebuild the grammar
remains the same: "make libeval_grammar", and it is still not
required to have lemon installed for a normal build.

The libeval grammar can now be rebuilt with "make libeval_grammar".
This is only possible when lemon is installed.
Also a couple of modifications to the lemon grammar to
account for external changes since the grammer was last generated.
Also move the grammar defines into grammar.h - this is how
Lemon produces them, and by manually copying into the target .cpp,
it make automated regeneration impossible.
* Remove download and build Boost from source and all CMake boost source build
dependencies.
* Make FindCairo.cmake use pkg-config when it's available not just all
platforms except windows.
* Add version checking to FindCairo.cmake.
* Change find GML version to 0.9.5.1 which is the current version in Ubuntu
14.04 LTS.
* Update required Cairo version to 1.12.1.
1. Fixed an assumption somebody originally made in the plugin that std::string had contiguous storage. This is not specced behavior pre C++11 so we gamble by calling .reserve() which should give a far better guarantee.

* if the current select plugin is the kicad plugin, one can select some of these libraries and download them to make alocal copy.
They can added to the table after they are downloaded.

FP_LIB_TABLE::ROW::SetFullURI() can do substitution up front.
*) De-emphasize the lib path in some of the footprint frames but keep it
so the footprint editor can export a current library to another.
You can even export a GITHUB library to a pretty library for local
installation.
