Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names
Eeschema shows background fills on a different z-level than the rest of
the symbols/elements. Print the backgrounds prior to the foregrounds in
order to preserve this view for print output

ADDED arc, circle and rectangle shapes for schematic. Shapes support
line styles and fill colors.
CHANGED sheet background color in Edit Text & Graphics Properties to
fill color (and it now affects shapes).
Pushed STROKE_PARAMS down into common and moved all shapes to using it
for stroke descriptions.
