Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names
1) Accept <enter> as OK if the multiline textbox isn't shown.
2) Focus and select all in first control if multiline textbox isn't shown.
3) Make title be title caps ("Edit Sheet name Field" looked dorky).

File "rules" has instructional text as comments near top.
2) Convert all text files in repo to LF line ending form.
Any checkout done with "rules" in play will convert the working
tree to native line ending, while keeping repo as LF line ending.
Fix bug 880132 (Justify not correct)
Note: justifications are now always relative to the text, in libedit (as before) and schematic editor:
if rotated, justification is rotated, because in Pcbnew rotation can have any value.
