Remove not used files:
- markdown2html is not used (we are using "Sundown" tool)
- newstroke_font_without_CJK.cpp is removed.
Due to code optimization the full font works fine without memory issues
-fix also a few very minor compil warnings
The previous converter (maddy) is still available, during some time.
We therefore have the time to choose between them.
sundown is better to convert a md text, but is written to C

Both have no dependency.
The help file bridget_tee_formula.md can be displayed in pcb_calculator.
For Help messages, a markdown text (with some basic html tags) is often enough
and is more easy to translate than full html texts.
* Remove duplicate developer credits added in last commit.
* Update developer email addresses.
* Change copyright.h from GPL2+ to GPL3+ per FSF.
* Update newstroke license from CC-BY to CC0 with permission by author

Eeschema: cleaning code. Start work to enhance annotation algorithm.
Already added an option to annotate using sheet number (sheet 1 uses numbers 100 to 199, sheet 2 uses 200 to 299..).
Works fine if deleting existing annotation, but needs work to be used when the existing annotation is kept .
