jean-pierre charras	05c414c816	Pcbnew: fix rotation angle issue in rotate commands. The value of this rotation was store in 2 places: the config and the editor frame. So after changing the rotation angle from the preferences, the value in editor frames were not updated, and the rotation angle not modified. Now only the config value is used.	4 years ago
