Overhaul compiler warnings infrastructure * Track our warnings separate from normal flags * Remove all warnings from the SWIG code * Add more GCC warnings

Add -Wshadow compil option, if exists to warn about shadowed variables. Swig auto generated .cxx file has a lot of shadowed variables, so this option cannot be used to compil all files.

Put idf tools behind a cmake flag that can be turned off
