The length in strncpy is one char too short and as a result it leads
to a build warning with gcc 8. Comment out the strncpy since the
interpreter aborts immediately after anyway.
* Add Py_UNREACHABLE() as an alias to abort().
* Use Py_UNREACHABLE() instead of assert(0)
* Convert more unreachable code to use Py_UNREACHABLE()
* Document Py_UNREACHABLE() and a few other macros.

If anyone wants to clean up the documentation, feel free. It's my first documentation foray, and it's not that great.
Will port to py3k with a different strategy.
- simplify parsing and printing of complex numbers
- make complex(repr(z)) round-tripping work for complex
numbers involving nans, infs, or negative zeros
- don't accept some of the stranger complex strings
that were previously allowed---e.g., complex('1..1j')
